This Sticker Challenge Game is the initiative and idea of “Meerbal” company. “Meerbal” holds all exclusive rights to own, run, and manage the policy and affairs of this Sticker Challenge Game.

The entire contents of this game (including all information, text, displays, images, audios, and videos) and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are proprietary to “Meerbal” or its affiliates or licensors and are protected by Pakistani and international laws regarding copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights.

Aim and Objective

The aim of this game is not only to generate business for the company but also to spread awareness among the masses, especially youth, about the culture, heritage of our beloved Pakistan, and information about its different cities.

The company, with its different and interesting game strategies and plans, aims at promoting a fair, healthy, and exciting competition. By becoming part of this sticker game, the masses, especially the youth, will become familiar with the names of famous cities of Pakistan and what they are famous for. The cities chosen by “Meerbal” in this game will also have a positive projection among participants.

Rules to Play

A participant must purchase a sticker album, which includes 2 free sticker packets as a promotional offer. (Note: This offer may vary or change at the company’s discretion.) Each sticker packet contains 5 random stickers. Participants must first purchase the album and then additional sticker packets to complete the pictures of designated cities in the album. Stickers must be pasted in the appropriate locations within the sticker album. Every participant who completes the picture of any city in the album will win a cash prize, ranging from Rs.500/- to Rs.10,000/-. Details of the prize amount for each task or city will be published on the company’s website, specifying the task or city and its corresponding prize.

From Where to Buy

Sticker albums and sticker packets can be purchased from the company’s website, www.meerbal.com, as well as from retailers, shopkeepers, and other specified online selling platforms. The company will provide details of all selling points and websites on its official website. Shipping charges will apply for online purchases.

Terms and Conditions

Meerbal, the company, is committed to transparency and fair play, ensuring all participants are treated equally without special treatment or discrimination based on any grounds.

All stickers are randomly inserted across the production run and are not guaranteed in any individual packet, box, or case.

Rare stickers will have special codes. To ensure transparency, the company will verify these codes through its system when a participant claims a completed city picture. Upon verification, the company will notify the participant via their registered phone number or email and transfer the cash prize to their bank account or mobile wallet.

Participants must safeguard their rare stickers with codes. If secrecy is not maintained, another person may claim the prize using the same sticker and code. A rare sticker, once claimed, cannot be claimed again under any circumstances.

The company is not responsible for lost, damaged, or destroyed sticker albums or stickers.

To claim a prize, participants must complete a form providing their details and upload pictures of completed city pages on the company’s website, showing all stickers, including the coded sticker, correctly pasted.

Each sticker packet contains 5 stickers. The company offers sticker packets in various quantity bundles at different prices and a sticker box containing 50 packets, available for purchase by shopkeepers and retailers.

All sales are final, with no exchanges or returns. The company will not entertain any claims for changes or returns of purchased items.

This game is open to all, regardless of age, color, or citizenship, providing equal opportunity.

Prizes are non-transferable.

Meerbal reserves the right to amend its policies and game rules at any time without prior notice, ensuring all prior claims are honored.

The company may take reasonable actions to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims, including verifying a participant’s identity and other relevant details before validating a claim.

The company may publish winners’ details on social media, print media, or websites to confirm valid awards and promote the game and business.

By participating, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture. Participants accept all company decisions, which are final and not subject to correspondence or challenge in any court, authority, forum, or tribunal.

Events beyond the company’s control may render the game or prize awarding impossible. The company may, at its discretion, vary or amend rules, and participants agree that no liability will attach to the company as a result.

This game is governed by Pakistani law, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.

Any updates or changes to the game’s policy or rules will be communicated via the company’s website or social media pages.

The company may offer surprise gifts and prizes to participants in various ways.

Unauthorized use of the company’s name, style, theme, or pattern, including the sticker album and stickers, is a breach of law, and the company will pursue both criminal and civil legal action against violators for penalties and damages.

Participants must not upload defamatory, indecent, blasphemous, obscene, harassing, violent, or otherwise objectionable material, or content protected by copyright, to the company’s website.

Any disputes between the company and participants will be resolved under Pakistani law.

The company may disqualify participants who fail to comply with these terms or are believed to have interfered with the fair running of the game.

How to Claim Cash Prize

Participants can claim a cash prize for each successfully completed city, with multiple prizes possible for completing multiple cities. Participants must notify the company via its website upon completing a city, having pasted all 9 stickers in the designated album pages and places. They must then select the “Claim Prize” option on the company’s website and follow the required steps. The company will verify the code and notify the participant. Participants can also verify codes on the Meerbal website. Once a code is claimed, it is canceled to prevent reuse. If the code is valid, the prize will be transferred to the participant’s provided bank account or mobile wallet, using details submitted from their registered mobile number. For minors, prizes can be transferred to a parent or guardian’s account upon request. Cash prizes will never be awarded physically.

Data Privacy Policy

The company will take utmost measures to protect participants’ data but is not responsible for hacks or data theft. The company may publish participant information for promotional purposes.
